The Ganapati Idol making using shadu clay event was organized by IT department on 27th August 2022. This event was specially organized on the occasion of Ganesh Festival. In this event around 85 students were participated from all departments of VPKBIET. Faculty Judges from other departments was invited for judging the Ganpati Idol made by the students. Students and staff coordinator had taken the efforts to organize this extracurricular event. Prize distribution program was also conducted on the basis of judges result.

    • About CSI

      Computer Society of India (CSI) is the largest and most professionally managed association of and for IT professionals in India. The purposes of the Society are scientific and educational directed towards the advancement of the theory and practice of computer science and IT. CSI is currently having100000+ members consisting of professionals with varied backgrounds including Software developers, Scientists, Academicians, Project Managers, CIO’s, CTO's & IT vendors. It has spread its branches all over the country. Currently having more than 500 student branches and rooted firmly at 73 different locations. The main motive behind CSI is to spread the knowledge, and provide opportunities to as many interested as possible. The CSI has been instrumental in guiding the Indian IT industry down the right path. VPCOE is one of the CSI student branches with 100+ active student members and 27 faculty members. Various technical events like expert talks, poster competition, project competition, quizzes etc were organized by VPCOE CSI Student branch to enhance the technical skills needed for an IT professional.

    QUARK-2020 Technical Festival visit, BITS, GOA

    Students participated in the technical festival enthusiastically. Students experienced the well organization of the event by students of BITS GOA.

    Quark is the annual techno-management festival of BITS, Pilani - K. K. Birla Goa Campus. Quark usually takes place in early February, and has thousands of participants. Launched as a local event in 2006, Quark became a national event in 2008. Since then, Quark has consistently seen participation from colleges across India. Quark usually features various events pertaining to the different engineering branches as well as the pure sciences, but has more recently expanded the range of events to include various events, related to entrepreneurship and business.


    IIT BOMBAY TECH FEST 2018.

    Students and faculty of Information Technology department VPKBIET, Baramati attended and participated in IIT BOMBAY TECH FEST 2018. Students got good hands on and open perspective on leading technologies and aspects in Machine learning, Artificial intelligence, IoT, Android development, Robotics, Defense scientific researches, Web development, Use of Arduino chip sets, Image processing and a lot more. IIT BOMBAY TECH FEST 2018 proved to be the hub of innovation and exploration on technical ground. International exhibition were a treat to watch and communicate with innovations and great ideas coming from companies from Sweden, Australia, Germany, China, Japan, USA, and much more countries. The projects and innovation exhibited by ISRO and DRDO were so enhancing on innovating platforms which encouraged students to build more products in defense sectors and proved that India is head to head on using science in defense formats.
