Transcripts on Demand


Applying for Transcripts

The institution has introduced a system for online application and sending of transcripts. This makes it easier for our students, including ex-students to apply from anywhere (no need to come to the office in person), make online payments and get the email of transcript request.

Please follow the steps given below:


1. Download the template of transcript as per your branch.

  • Civil Engineering Template
  • Mechanical Engineering Template
  • E&TC Engineering Template
  • Computer Engineering Template
  • Information Technology Template

    2. Fill all the data in the template.

    3. The charge for the first set of transcripts will be Rs. 500/-, and the charge for each additional set of transcripts will be
         Rs. 100/- only if the request for such additional transcripts is made along with the first request of transcripts.

    4. Pay the fees online (Generate Transaction Id).

    5. Fill the online form

    After successful payment and submission of online form your application is automatically directed for approval to the concerned authorities of the institution. Once your application is approved , you will receive an email on the email id that you provided.

    If your application is approved,you will receive an email with attachment on registered email.

    • Applying for Letter of Recommendation

    The institution has introduced a system for online application for LOR. This makes it easier for our students, including ex-students to apply from anywhere, make online payments and get the email of LOR request to concern faculty. A letter of recommendation provided by a faculty member of your previous institute.

    Please follow the Steps given below to get LOR:

    1. Apply for LOR Form. (Click here to downlaod LOR)

    2. Pay the Fees online (Click here : https://www.payumoney.com/webfronts/#/index/VPCOE
    (Generate Transaction Id) The charge for the LOR of each copy Rs. 50/-

    3. Download LOR, fill your details & send it to concern teacher by mail for verification.

    4. The concern teacher will check LOR and will send to office by mail.

    5. Office will print this LOR on College letterhead and put seal on it.

    6. After collecting LOR from office student need to take sign of respective teacher.

    Applying for Verification

    • 2. Fill all the data in the downloaded template.

    3. Verification of Education of any alumni will be charged Rs. 500/- from concerned Company/Organization/Institute.

    4. Pay the fees online (Generate Transaction Id).
