Brief Profile :
Anil received his B.Sc. degree in 1998 and completed M. Sc. (Physics) in 2000 from Ahmednagar College, Ahmednagar, University of Pune. He joined VPCOE Baramati in 2001 in General Science Department. He worked as a lecturer from 2001 to 2007 and Senior Lecturer in Physics from 2007 to 2010. He has twenty two years of teaching experience and six years of research experience.
He has worked as a Coordinator of a 10-day ISTE workshop on "Solar Photovoltaics: Fundamentals, and Applications" organized by I.I.T. Bombay, during 12th - 22nd Dec 2011. He has completed his Ph.D. from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad on the topic "Characterization of Soil for the Improvement of Agricultural Productivity: Physical and Chemical Criteria". Anil is a life member of ISTE and IAPT.

Dr. Aparna has received Bachelor of Science (CBZ) degree in 1996 and M.Sc. degree in 1998 with specialization in Inorganic Chemistry. She was awarded Ph.D. Degree in 2002 from Karnataka University, Dharwad, for the research topic "Development of Novel Methods for the Assay of some Drugs of Pharmaceutical interest". She has cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lecturership in Chemical Sciences in the year 1999. She has a total of 07 research publications in National and International Journals and has 02 (1 paper and 1 poster) presentations in National and International Conferences. She has successfully completed 10 NPTEL Courses conducted by IIT’s one with 5%topper, 02 silver and other Elite certificates. She has also completed 15 online Coursera courses one with Honors certificate and all other with scores more than 90%. She had completed successfully one Edx course with verified certificate. She has about twenty three years of teaching experience and three years of research experience and has got recognition as PG teacher for Chemistry from the S.P. Pune University. She has completed about 25 FDP/STTP/QIP/workshop/Orientation Programmes conducted by various institutions. She has also uploaded her 25 video lectures on YouTube channel.
Aparna teaches Engineering Chemistry. She has varied experience in teaching Inorganic chemistry, Organic Chemistry and Environmental Studies at undergraduate level. She has also handled administrative responsibilities, served as head of the department of first year engineering from July 2021 to June 2024. She has worked as an active member of Cultural Gathering. She has also worked as a member of the Organizing Committee of the 46th Annual Conference of AMTI, National Conference on Emerging Trends in Engineering and Technology held at VPCOE in Feb. 2012 and TIME-2015 Conference. She is a life member of three professional bodies, Indian Society of Technical Education, Indian Council of Chemists and Association of Chemistry Teachers. Currently she is working over a book on Engineering Chemistry. She is Associate Professor of Engineering Chemistry. Presently she is also serving as Presiding officer of Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), convener of Women Empowerment Cell (WEC) and the Nodal officer for PMSSS –J&K students.

Brief Profile :
Dr. Anil received his M.Sc. (Mathematics) in 1988, M.Phil. (Mathematics) in 1995, and Ph.D. (Mathematics) in 2008. The title of his Ph. D. thesis is Elliptic and Parabolic boundary value problems with applications.
Dr. Hiwarekar A. P. has Thirty-Six years of teaching experience at the UG and PG level. He is working in Vidya Pratishthan’s Kamalnayan Bajaj Institute of Engineering and Technology Baramati since March 2001. He has to his credit 45 publications out of which 21 research papers are published in International Journals and 7 in National Journals. He has attended around 25 workshops/conferences/Seminars and 15 summer /refresher courses. He played important role in organizing 18 conferences/workshops/programs at various levels. He attended the international conference The World Congress on Engineering (July 2014) in London U.K. and presented his two research papers. He completed two Research projects including the BCUD Research project entitled ‘Better Network Security Using Generalized Hill Cipher Algorithm' sanctioned by BCUD University of Pune from 2012 to 14. He is a recognized Ph.D. guide (Mathematics) at Savitribai Phule Pune University and four students are working under his guidance for their Ph.D.
He worked as a reviewer for Scopus, Web of Science, and other journals and conferences including Journal of Engineering Education Transformations, Advances and Applications in Mathematical Sciences, Canadian Journal of Science, Mathematics, and Technology Education, TWMS J. App. Eng. Math., Punjab University Journal of Mathematics, The Journal of the Nigerian Society of Physical Sciences, Journal of Mathematical Sciences and Modelling, etc. He delivered invited talks on mathematics and its applications at various institutes.
He worked as a coordinator of the AICTE-ISTE faculty development program Innovative Teaching-Learning Methods (7-12 Dec. 2020, 22-28 April 2021, 6-12 May 2021) at VPKBIET, Baramati.
Worked as a Chairman of Local Organizing Committee for TIME-2015, National Conference at VPCOE Baramati, in coordination with IIT Bombay Dec.2015. He was a sessional chairman of the AMTI National Conference (Dec.2011) at Baramati. He worked as ISTE-SRMC Chapter and zonal level coordinator (2013-16). He worked as a coordinator of the ISTE-approved faculty development program ‘Synergogy’ during Oct. 2017.
Anil is a life member of ISTE, the Indian Mathematical Society, the Indian Academy of Industrial and Applicable Mathematics, The Indian Mathematics Consortium, Marathwada Mathematical Society (Aurangabad), All India Mathematics Teachers of India, and the Cryptology Research Society of India. Aurangabad. He has thirty years of teaching experience at undergraduate level and two years of research experience.
He has to his credit 30 research publications in National and International journals and conferences. He Chaired the session in an International Conference on Solid State Ionics, held at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia during 2-6,August 1994. He also presented a paper on superconductivity in this conference. Recently, He chaired the session in 2014 International Conference of Information Engineering organized by World Congress on Engineering at Imperial College, London, 2-4 July 2014.

Dr. Nitin Jadhav completed his M. Sc. in Chemistry (with First Class) and B.Sc. (First class with Distinction) from T. C. College Baramati. He obtained his Ph. D in September 2016 under the guidance of Prof. B. Bhattacharya at Sharda University, Greater Noida India. He completed his thesis on Studies on Modification of Working Electrode for Dye sensitized Solar Cells.
Presently he is working as an Assistant Professor at Vidya Pratishthan's Kamalnayan Bajaj Institute of Engineering and Technology Baramati.
He worked as an Assistant Professor at Department of Chemistry, Tuljaram Chaturchand College Baramati. He also worked as Senior Research fellow CSIR (Govt. of India) and JRF on DST (Govt. of India) sponsored Project and as Foreign Research Student at Department of Chemistry, Sogang University Seoul South Korea for one year.
He has ten years of teaching experience and five years of research experience. He is expertise in synthesis of mesoporous and nanoporous metal oxide like TiO2 ZnO WO3. He has extensive experience in modification of nano porous working semiconductor electrode as well as solid polymer electrolyte. During doctoral study he synthesized highly ordered mesoporous materials with long range ordering or honey comb like structure having pore size ranging from 4-11 nm, this material is used as working electrode in DSSC, PSSC, Batteries, Fuel Cells, catalyst in different reaction and so on. He synthesized different narrow band gap perovskite materials as sensitizer in PSSC. He is has hand in experience of fabrication of dye sensitized solar cells as well as perovskite sensitized solar cells. Also have a good work ethic and the capability to work safely in a laboratory environment.
He has published 12 Research papers in Internationally Reputed peer-reviewed Journals having high impact factor more up to 4. His one paper has been published in national journal. He also has presented eight papers in International Conferences and five papers in National Conferences.
He is awarded with Best Oral presentation award and Best Poster awards also. He is awarded with different fellowships like Senior Research fellowship (SRF) awarded by CSIR (Govt. of India) from 2012-2014, Junior Research fellowship (JRF) awarded by DST (Govt. of India) from 2010-2012, Foreign Student Fellowship awarded by Government of South Korea from 2009-2010 and Seoul City Fellowship awarded by Seoul City from 2009-2010.
He is reviewer of four internationally reputed peer reviewed journals and also a member of several scientific and professional bodies.
He has experience of organizing International and National conferences. Recently he has successfully organized one national conference at T C College Baramati, and two International conferences at Sharda University. He has good collaborative relations with more than 15 foreign scientists.

She has completed her Ph.D. from Shivaji University, Kolhapur on the topic “Synthesis, characterization and supercapacitive properties of chemically deposited nickel-cobalt oxide thin films”. She has taught various subjects in the area of Nuclear Physics, Solid state Physics, Physics of Nanomaterials, Atomic and molecular Physics, etc.
