Brief Profile :

She has completed her B.E in Industrial Engineering from Nagpur University (RTMNU) in 2001. In 2009, She has completed her M.E. in production engineering from Chattisgadhe University (CSVTU). She has completed her Ph.d from Nagpur University (RTMNU) in 2017 on "Quality & productivity Improvement Framework for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) using Lean and Six Sigma" under the guidance of Dr.R.L.Shrivastava Professor Y.C.C.E, Nagpur and work was mentored by Prof. Dinesh Seth Professor Qatar University, Doha, Qatar.

She has more than 15 years of teaching & industrial experience. She stared worked as a junior engineer in Mahindra Gujarat Tractor Limited, Baroda in 2001.She has started teaching profession as a lecture from Rungta College of Engineering, Bhilai (CG) in 2006. Presently she is working as a Asst. Professor in VPKBIET, Baramati. She teaches subjects like Industrial Engineering, Automation In production, Manufacturing Process, Engineering drawing.

She has published 25 research papers in various National, International conference and journals. This research papers are available on Google scholar, IEEE, 02 in Scopus journal. Out of this one paper got outstanding Paper in the 2017 Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence.

She has conducted two training program for MSME DIC Nagpur on topic "Lean Six Sigma implementation in Micro Small & Medium Enterprises. She is a member of AMM society.
